which turbo timer?

Which turbo timer should I get? Do I really need something like the FATT or can I just get a simple manual one. Finally, anyone know where to get them cheap? Thanks!

Manual turbo timer? Wouldnt that be you sitting there and letting your engine idle for a sec? It has to be electronically controlled because it controlls your ignition. And remember, now instead of being able to set your car in gear when parking, you have to always use your e-brake.

They are cheap, and no you dont need a fancy one, you can get the Greddy and HKS units for 90-110 bucks....including the harness for your car

Manual meaning you have to set the amount of time for it, instead of the timer actually figuring it out. I can get the FATT for 100 bucks.

They are all the same price, never had experinece with the FATT one, just HKS and Greddy, but they all do the same thing, and are all comparable in price, cheaper is better, because one really isnt better than the other

Go to a DSM board, you can probably pick up a used one for $50. I don't think anyone makes a harness for hondas, but it only takes half an hour to hard wire it to the car with wiring diagrams.

The new GReddy TT sets the amount of time automatically too.

The tricky part is gonna be wiring it to your
alarm, though. My mechanic couldn't figure
it out, so he had to farm it out to an
alarm/stereo dude.
